Zusammenfassung
Berichtet wird über ein eutrophes Neugeborenes, bei dem bei der postnatalen Erstuntersuchung
eine indolente, derbe und an der Skrotalwand fest adhärente Resistenz im Bereich des
rechten Hodens auffiel. Die unmittelbare operative Leistenkanalrevision ergab den
sehr seltenen Befund einer intrauterinen intravaginalen Hodentorsion.

Summary
A fulltime newborn presented at the post partum examination with a nontender, indurated
mass adherent to the right
scrotal wall. An immediate operative herniotomy revealed the rare finding of an intrauterine
intravaginal torsion.
